I have been with HTC for more than 10 years. Excellent customer service. With new fiber optic service things are even better. The internet service in my opinion is the best in the area. I know many people that switched from HTC to other services and everyone switched back as soon as there contract was up. I rarely lose service and it is never more than a few minutes, with the exception of hurricanes and other uncontrollable events.

AT&T in Myrtle Beach has helped me a lot with my phones they help me set up my phone and are very patient with me I'm brain damaged from an accident and they never have treated me any different from other people .
