I called customer service the day after I paid my bill to cancel services because I was moving. I set an appointment for a technician to come disable the internet just a few days after the phone call with customer service. One month later I am getting a bill in the mail saying I owe the full amount. I call customer service again only to find out they had not actually cancelled my account. Such a hassle to cancel.

Aside from the small technical support team, the service was amazing, extremely responsive to email and phone call and the internet was blazing fast. I would be playing Madden online while my wife would be streaming movies on Hulu. I wish I didn't have to move out of Spanish Fork! 🙁
