I had Carl turn on my service when I needed it for homework. For some reason my bank has not released my check on the day my payment was due and with Carlā€™s help I was able to get my internet back on which saved me from any last minute homework submission.

Customer Service is so clueless it negates the value. Paying the bill takes an hour. Contacting centurylink customer service is harder than calling the President of the United States. Then even after hours and multiple contact their clueless customer service fails everythi they promise. Stay away from centurylink.

It's awful expensive for the speed and service available however they also have the best speeds and best service in this area so that's why the overall rating is three and 1/2 for my family!
