G K | 03-09-2023

I have had T-Mobiles home internet now for over a year & had one hiccup with an error code on my gateway last year, they sent a new gateway & no problems until last month February 2023. For a month now been dealing with spotty connection & then now for about 4 days no internet even though wireless connection is excellent still no internet. Call customer service almost daily & they just tell me the same thing "we're so sorry and the engineering team is working on your ticket issue". I was told they're not sure when or how long the tower in my area is to be in working condition again. They promised to keep me updated and credit my account accordingly for the inconveniences without internet. If you can go with another provider, I would.

High price and they don't care about it, because no other provider can not compare internet speed.
