The worst service we have EVER experienced. We am have had their service for 6 months and in that time we have lost service 3 times. Each time we call as soon as it goes out, they gives a “service ticket” at least a week out and then the date comes and they don’t show up, and then move the service date another week out. This has happened this exact way 3 times. Their service department is not connected to dispatch, nor customer service connected to support. It is a wreck and you will spend hours on the phone trying to fix a problem. We have been told we have the same problem 3 times, and 3 times when they finally show up they don’t see a problem. If we had another option we would take it, this is currently our only option.
