Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of choice in the area and I think NW Communications probably the best choice. Certainly not the best provider I had but don't know why the other reviewer downrated them so much. Pros: Stable connection with no outages Normally same day or next day service and they show up when they say they will Have yet to have a price increase in 4 years Upgraded my speed twice in 4 years with no price change Never had any complaints about the support staff Never have had a contract or other stupid fees Cons No afterhours dispatch for at home service No weekend dispatch for at home service $85/month for 50MPS on the high side Had issues first year with their modem causing outages Definitely think the pros outweigh the cons for me. They are upgrading to fiber sometime in the next year which will hopefully include my neighborhood.

I have had the same speed DSL since I moved to my address in 2003. I had to add an additional line to increase my bandwidth from 3mps to 6mps. Frontier has not upgraded the equipment in my area since 2003. I am not happy...
