I have had NOTHING but trouble since I signed up. First they got all my info wrong, so I never received a statement. My service is sketchy. I was just double billed when I signed up for autopay….this is just a few of the issues. Maybe if people didn’t work from home and were supervised service would be better. I’m very sorry I switched.

Few communication outages (alert messages sent or, for prolonged (>8 hours…rare) outages a pro-rated refund on your bill) and reliably fast internet. However, bundled Television costs are exorbitant. Save theT.V. costs and stream everything.
