Mark Moon|2015-01-30

Cox Communications internet speed and performance is by far the best hands down. But where they fall short is there bills and price bundles. In the past 5 to 6 years that I have had them off and on, I have never received a bill that is what they quote me and it is not that I am ordering any movies or any extras either. I get my bill and it is always more than what I was quoted. Also there customer service really needs some attention also. I don't know what happened over the years. I believe that they let it go to there head and lost touch with what really should matter to them there customers. Last when I call there office in reference to the bill amounts, they really don't have a good explanation other that is what it is and what is my problem just pay the additional amount and get over it. Or go some where else. Wow great product but lame personnel running the business. That is to bad because sooner or later there will be another provider that can provide a service as good as their's and I know a lot of people that would leave in a heart beat. Thank you

Service is good most of the time. Would like to have faster service in my area (not exactly a remote area). Fastest available in my area is a quarter of what's available in other areas.
