Recently moved and transferred the service to our new address and was offered a discounted rate. But because the moving date was a couple of days after the new billing cycle began, they charged me with the previous HIGH rate for the first month even though the service had already transferred over to the new address. They should have prorated the previous rate only for the days I got service at my old address (which was only a few days) and prorate the charges at the discounted rate for the remainder of the billing cycle at my new address. That is common sense. But Spectrum doesn't seem to understand what common sense is. I think $89.99/mo for just internet is just toooo expensive!!!
