Spectrum Internet is great but the customer service sucks. So difficult to cancel any services. Even when you cancel still get charged. Sales people don't listen to what you want just want to see you more stuff. Give you the run a round. Won't communicate with anyone other than account holder even though I am the wife who handles all this stuff so nothing ever gets fixed.

The worst providers ever…. we live in the era of 5g and I am lucky to get 1g download speed … i am the furthest from our router and have a extender connected and if anyone is watching or surfing the internet I can spend forever loading a simple webpage… and streaming… what a joke…. We are surrounded by better internet but at&t refused to upgrade our neighborhood… told me around 2025 or 2030 we might get it …. What a joke
