The speed is great when it's working! The internet drops out constantly with the slightest bit of rain or lightening even if its not happening right In our area! If you call them about it they want to send a service guy to the house and charge you for it and it has nothing to do with anything at the house. It's something to do with their own network and connections. And they seriously need to figure out why it happens on a daily basis and sometimes more than once a day! So many people in my neighborhood have dropped them and switched to AT&T solely because of this issue! We may be next to do so. And you'd think they'd fix it! Guess they don't care if they have customers or not!
