A very reliable company but could update its infrastructure in the Fort Walton Beach area. Unlike its competitor who is upgrading to fiber, Cox will face serious competition it if just sits on its laurels. At the moment speed is unreliable sometimes fast sometimes slow depending on traffics and most notable when they perform the seven PM switch over to Pensacola, to free up bandwidth for its phone service,
