This is literally the absolute worst cable/internet service I've ever used. The internet has gone down 5 times in a month and a half, and I was just on the phone with customer service for a half hour and they couldn't help me get espn to work on my television, even though it's included in our package. The service is terrible, the customer service is terrible, and they are generally completely useless.
