CenturyLink has failed me time and time again and I honestly wish there was competition around here for a decent, stable Internet Service Provider. I call several times a month complaining of speed issues and they have "fixed" the problem several times but not fixed it. It's a constant game of "sorry not sorry" with them. I have asked for some sort of refund due to them not giving me what they promised, and I have yet to see anything from them. I am currently hashing this whole fiasco out with our state Attorney General in hopes that something can be done. I you can, avoid CenturyLink at all costs.
