I had RCN for years and was very content. But as soon as Astound took over, it went down the tubes. They tripled what they were charging me, so I called and got the price out back to my original plan. The next month, it was back up. So I called again, got it put back to the original price, and now it’s back up. I’m absolutely not willing to spend a half hour every single month trying to prevent them from tripling the price so I’m now in the market for a new Internet provider.
