Carolyn H | 08-28-2021

Overpriced, and they will nickel and dime you. Streaming was a nightmare with Xfinity, freezing and poor quality. Alexa constantly saying she could not connect to the WiFi network. Their router had absolutely no range and I was told I would get a better router if I bought a more expensive plan. All BS. Now using WowWay instead and very happy.
