I feel bad but we’ve had charter for 7 grueling years! Years of the Roku icon interrupting the show that was playing until my expensive internet connection is nowhere to be found. I was ecstatic when I learned of Metronet installing fiber optic near me! My girlfriend had to struggle through years of college, online, because the $80+ monthly internet package is off for days at a time. Shotty customer service and sloppy, careless service techs. Charter has had a monopoly on this area too long and I hope it’s come to a screeching halt.
