I woke up to a blinking blue light and so I contacted support only to be scheduled an appointment for a technician a week from today. I work remotely and require internet, I informed the service agent I would most likely lose my job because of not having internet. They did not care about that. Was completely unwilling to work with me to get me back up and running. This company does not look out for its clients. They think a credit for the week I do not have service would make it better but how will a credit help me keep my job. Completely unacceptable service. This is the first company I have ever been with that does not have an emergency dispatch and was uncooperative with my situation. For the amount they choose they should have better service. I do not recommend this company and will be switching as soon as I can.
