I was happy with this ph service until I looked at my online banking statement my monthly service had been 70 then all at once they charged me 94.17 when I called in to ask why I had been charged this my response was your bundle service ended had I been told that I had to have the bundle to get that price I would have never changed I urge to to ask and get all the info I will be changing cell ph providers next week i do not recommend Spectrum for your cell ph company if I could give 0 stars for this company for their unprofessional and deceiving employees/company I would

As a family of 3 we need to have speeds that can easily handle games downloading and internet browsing and youtube surfing all at the same time. And with our provider we dont even scratch the surface of what we need. We are all extremely disappointed with AT&T. We are currently thinking of switching to charter if we can
