If one has an alternative to Spectrum, I would highly recommend another choice for internet services. Just within the last week, the service has been down for hours on Saturday, Monday, and Friday. On the other days in the evening I received a message that the system was highly congested and thus streaming would be slower. There is hardly much value in an unreliable slow service for the charge each month. Run and run fast to another internet provider.
