Calling at least once every other week. Have to reset my modem at least every 3 weeks. Devices disconnect occasionally, also wifi that's set up on first floor doesn't reach the second floor. When it isn't having issues it's decent, but it has issues A LOT.

It's a lot for tv and internet. Calling at least once every other week to twice in one week. Have to reset my modem at least every 3 weeks. Phone and smart TV get disconnected at random. Lags occasionally, especially if a phone walks out of service area and back in (on other devices, not the phone), also wifi that's set up on first floor doesn't reach the second floor. When it isn't having issues it's decent, but it has issues A LOT.

We gave had Time Warner for several years and we were happy with them. But now we have had a lot of problems with losing our connection. It happens everyday and all we get told is to unplug the modem and router to reset the system. This should not have to be done on a daily basis. Why can't they fix the problems?
