Having been a customer with Century link for over 48 years. Since the purchase of our current residence, we were told by the last owners an first buyer to make sure you keep insurance on your phone line. They stated that the phone line would go out throughout the year when it rains. What they told us is true, our phone line goes bad three to six times a year, for the last 38 years without fail. We've been told after every repair that this will not give us any more issues, until it rains again. The last four years they stated that our line needs replacing, but it's not cost effective for the company. So we are stuck with our ongoing problems. This issue has been going on since this house was built in 1960. Century link SUCKS.

As I sit here and write this review, I’ve been on hold with CenturyLink for 40 minutes. I’m disappointed with their service, customer service and overall unreliable. I urge you to sign up with a different provider. CenturyLink lacks in quality service 🙁
