I am extremely happy with Spectrum and the new system they have put in place that enables me and others to change their DNS and port forward. Now I don't need to get rid to the Spectrum router and buy my own!!!

The price we pay for business internet, We do not receive adequate service. Unfortunately we have no other choice as our building is only wired for spectrum. If this was not the case we would go with a different provider.

I actually had too call the service dept lately, they were helpfull to the extent of their equipment. It seems to stop working, I think it was the wifi router, so their equipment was good. Im looking foward to moving one day so I can have more selection and better rates. We seem to be stuck with this company till we move. With that you can tell I think the bill is too much for the speed I choose
