Cuts out constantly. Takes over an hour to get an internet specialist and not just an unplug it for 3 min guy and even then i have yet to have it resolved. Usually it just stars working while he looks up the next waste of time to try around 2 hours into the call. When it does work I'm lucky to get 12mbps. Been that way since mid nov 2022 but they never detect an issue or see any pages in my area. My neighbors with T mobile have the same experience with customer service never admitting to an issue
