almost every day the service goes out ... sometimes for a minute or 3 ... sometimes for a day or 24 hours ... most frequently it takes centurylink more than 3 days to get it going again & they refuse to explain where the problem was!!!

I would have given centurylink minus 5 if I could have. It is by far this worst for internet service I have ever experienced. Have had it 2 weeks and the internet has been out more than in. Numerous calls to tech support and they would bring the internet and it would stay about 15 mins then it would go down again. Service repairmen made a feeble attempt to find out the problem and even that service was a joke as all he did was check the modem. I explained the modem would work 15 min then go out and I would have to reset it again. What an idiot he was. Be smart and find another internet provider. You’ll have so many worries with centurylink it won’t be worth the slightly cheaper cost to have it.
