Was excited to start my service in mid-December 2022 to get away from Cox and their extremely higher pricing. Since then, network connection has failed at least once per month. Every time I call tech support, I get the same message “we are updating our tower”. Even though I find it difficult to believe that their towers need upgrading EVERY SINGLE MONTH, I suggested two ideas to address it. First, network upgrades should be done in the middle of the night and, second they need to give customers advance notice of an upgrade. Both suggestions have fallen on deaf ears. When their service works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, it’s a real pain! Buyer beware.
