Difficult to reach the right person in tech support. Although we had good speeds at my previous address in a newer neighborhood, speeds are abysmal at my new address closer in to town.

The service is fine. I just think that in this day and age the monthly fee for internet service is steep.

I do have Comcast for couple of years. It is always ease to communicate with customer service representatives. All of them are nice and helpful. I also like internet service. Even if service gets disconnected your employees try to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks for the great service!
