James B | 06-24-2014

Cox claims that their service provides very fast feeds, but when we visit other places, the internet is often faster than at home (even though we paid for an upgraded level of service). They are certainly no bargain price-wise. The one strength is their tech support however. Often problems (which are not very often) can be corrected with the automated phone call. When that does not work, their service people are professional and helpful.
