This company has no ethics. I had Time Warner. My pricing was supposed to be grandfathered in. Spectrum acquired Time Warner, they lied and raised my prices. They now have a basic monopoly in my neighborhood, therefore they have the customer by the shorthairs. Shame on Spectrum. I hope one day the FCC will punish Spectrum and remove their license.
