For the last week my wifi has been disconnecting itself, I have to do the whole routine of unplugging it from the wall then plug it back in at least 6 times a day. It is such a pain to keep doing it, not sure if it's on my end or theirs but this is getting tiring.

Spectrum was great at the beginning; outages & buffering was common the first two years. The biggest negative is the price doubled after 1 year!! Why, I ask does Spectrum charge their loyal costumers double for a service they the sign up for??

Possibly one of the worst companies I have ever had to do business with. Terrible speeds, common outages, worse customer service and hidden fees. After one year promotion ends, they almost try to double the rate.
