We have been a customer for over 16 years. During this time we have had trouble staying connected, Very. Very slow service and many time disconnected or can not connect at all and the same with our E-mail account. And don't get me going on the Customer Service.... Not a happy camper 🙁

Charter is good but to expensive. We have dish at our house in the mountains and it's not as good as charter.
