Visalia Residential Internet Coverage

The rapidly growing city of Visalia offers a mix of metropolitan and suburban influences. Those who live or work in this city enjoy access to many local and national internet service providers.

AT&T, which is one of the largest service providers in many parts of California, also has a widespread network in Visalia. Coverage is available throughout the Goshen neighborhood, running south to Higby.

The Frontier Communications network is somewhat more limited, although it still reaches a good percentage of the city. Parts of Goshen and Sweet Avenue are not in the Frontier Communications network.

Through Xfinity, those in the western and central neighborhoods of Visalia enjoy high-speed internet. Cable is also provided by Charter to some southeastern Visalia neighborhoods.

National provider New Edge Networks reaches much of Goshen, Caldwell Avenue, and Loma. Service reaches eastward to Ambler and Saint Johns Parkway, expanding into neighboring communities and cities beyond northeastern Visalia.

It has always been very slow, but better than dial up. They are shutting down my service in November of this year no longer offering service to my area, they were bought out by Sprint. I have not been real happy with the speed by far, but the price was worth it I guess. Now I have to find another service.

AT&T Customer

Up until this month we have been satisfied with this ISP. I have even recommended them to others. NO MORE Have been on phone and internet for over two hours--was never allowed to talk with a supervisor -- all were kind and tried to be helpful with varying degrees of hard to understand accents--not their fault (also obvious scripts followed) billing problem never resolved, internet site unhelpful, call forwarded to answering machines three times and last time given a number to call that was another machine with no appropriate options

AT&T Customer

I've had AT&T U-Verse for over four years now, I've always received exceptional service, consistent data speed and reliability. In my humble opinion it's one of the best services out there. Their customer service people are dedicated to giving exceptional customer service and will work on whatever problem you might have until it is solved to your satisfaction. I have a bundled package and the bill is easy to understand and the charges are clearly laid out. I'm very happy with my service from AT&T U-Verse!

AT&T Customer

Uverse internet is fairly dependable, have not had many problems with it but upload and download speeds are significantly different from what is advertised. In itself it's not a big deal as I don't upload huge files but I want what I pay for. Would I sign with them again? Maybe, maybe not if I could get a better deal else where. My contract is up in a couple of months so will start looking around to see who has the best deal.
