Day 9. Spectrum still has not sent anyone to my son's new home and development in Orange City Fl (compass landing). SPECTRUM FORGOT to install the lines for his internet. Everyone else's house got the lines installed, SPECTRUM FORGOT his. They said someone would come out to look at the issue in 3-5 days (this was Feb. 28th). Just very poor customer service by Spectrum. They screwed up and still haven't come to fix their mistake.

I have had AT&T Uverse fiber optic internet ever since it was introduced into this area. I had great expectations. It seems that there is an interruption constantly on our line and the service department does not offer good customer service. The equipment has not been updated and in general I am very dissatisfied with this company. At present I am looking into an alternative provider. I thought I had the best. I certainly was wrong.
