Very slow to nonexistent internet. Completely unresponsive to requests for help. Made an appointment for a technician to check equipment. Tech didn’t show up. No response from rep or technician.

I have CenturyLink Price for Life and pay $40 per month. Per the scan run this is the best option for me in my area. And I don't have any problems with it. MediaCom is so expensive. I won't be a slave to there increases. They have a reputation of spotty service in my area anyway.
