Quincy Residential Internet Coverage

Many homes in Quincy, the eighth largest city in Massachusetts, are pre-World War II construction. It's also one of the most expensive communities in America. The workforce is largely white-collar and works in administrative and management positions. Quincy is also a nautical community with incredibly well-educated residents. It's a wealthy and diverse area with nearly 30% of the population having been born overseas. Residents trust their internet connection to keep in touch with loved ones in their country of origin and pursue opportunities. 100% of Quincy residents have access to high speed internet, which is slightly higher than 97% of Massachusetts on the whole.

Xfinity cable internet and DSL from Verizon FiOS both reach 100% of the community. An additional cable internet option for 1% of residents east of Hillside St. is Atlantic Broadband. Fiber optics are not yet available to residents.

On top of the connection options provided to residents, businesses can connect to copper wire and DSL from Megapath and fiber optics from Level 3 Communications.
