Terrible customer service. Getting through the automated system is almost impossible. Finally getting through to a live person is more useless than the automated since they don't understand the problem and keep suggesting useless actions. Basically, Xfinity is charging for data usage exceeding cap limit on an account that has no users and is using no data. They can't explain why their system is showing 45 GB per day usage which is a large amount and would require video streaming 24 hours a day (nobody is there).
