This is by far the worst service I have EVER received! I have not had internet for almost a week and mediacom/x stream does not do one thing about it nor care. I work from home and they tell me sorry we can come out in like 3 days and check it! I called the customer service 4xā€™s one day and got 4 wrong answers. I went and got a new modem bc thatā€™s what some customer service agent said to do and it was broke when they gave it to me! I wouldnā€™t have this company if you paid me!! Awful!
