The speed and reliability is great, no complaints. The customer service is also pretty good, and their technicians are always knowledgable and friendly. The price is pretty steep though. I feel as though internet companies definitely take advantage of their customers' desire for internet. Internet is everywhere, and pricing could be more competitive.

I've been using AT&T for my internet service for many years. I've never had any issues with the service itself. I had several packages to choose from depending on speed and of course, the cost factor. The price could be better, but the speed has been fine for the way I use the internet at home.
