Speed is fine. Customer service is challenging. After a recent email telling me that my payment hadnt been received (despite being on autopay) I logged in to look at payment/autopay details. Even though I can log into my account their site tells me that I am not authorized to view or change payment methods. Tried their chat which tried to address my issue with a bot loop. Tried calling, got redirected to a text chat. After being transferred between 3 different chat agents the ony answer I got was to wait a few days. Now I see that my next month's invoice is for $20 more than I have been paying with no change in service and n explanation.
