Disgusting misrepresentation, cannot play on line games, Lose bids on E Bay, cannot stream. Oversold band width and getting worse. Sham Company, avoid at all cost. Lied to by managment and even the technicians are liars. Horse and poney show diagnostics to try to make the customer diagnose the problem that they created by not upgradiong their equipment and service.

Constant buffering! Pricing for DSL is more than cable Internet service at our previous residence. We are NOT satisfied. Exploring wireless alternatives.
