I get the speeds that I pay for about 50% of the time. I have had numerous technicians out to my house and supervisors but no one can fix my problem. The only reason I have kept Xfinity is due to the fact that I can’t get anything else where I live. If you have another option other than xfinity I would go with them.

The most spotty service i've ever had to pay for—and its the only option. What absolute trash. I can go a full hour without a disturbance in service. I pay for "Up to 600mbps" I typically get 100, when it actually works. I work from home and deal with large file upload and download. Trash service and trash customer service. If you have another option, use it.

Xfinity/Comcast internet is average service. My speed is slower than I believe it should be but I have nothing to compare it to. My internet price package seems a little high for my not so fast speed but customer service tells me I have fast speed.
