Century link is just as bad as cox. We were the first to move into our neighborhood both century link and cox have been out here connecting our neighbors up but not us. They tell us there not available in our area but neighbors are getting service next door and down our same street. They even came out to our house after my husband gave them directions they started the hook up process then left and never came back to finish. Since then we have been calling and get the run around.
