Christy C|2015-03-26

Cox Internet is very unreliable for the extremely high cost of service. When there is an outage nothing is posted on their website to indicate that or an estimated time to restore. Very frustrating for those of us who need it for work and school.

Installer was on time, and set everything up for me. He also took his time to go over everything. Good customer service, but the ground floor does not get full bars. Would of liked a stronger signal.
