Spent an hour and a half on with a spectrum provider chat only to be told I could not downgrade my service unless I called them. Complete waste of time.

Time Warner Cable has decent internet. I have had several times when I've lost connection. Where everyone's internet was down for hours at a time. Other than than, it seems to work well
