Tustin Residential Internet Coverage

Over 80,000 people work and live in the city of Tustin. To meet the growing needs of this community, many large internet service providers have stepped up.

One of the names that comes up frequently is AT&T. This ISP brings both DSL service and fiber internet to Tustin. The combined network reaches all of Tustin, reaching Pioneer Road in the north, Edinger Avenue in the south, Williams Street in the west, and Tustin Ranch in the east.

Cox Communications is also known for its expansive network. Like AT&T, Cox Communications covers all of Tustin in its network. Some of the neighborhoods that fall into this ISP's network include Red Hill, San Juan, and North Tustin.

The majority of Tustin is served by Time Warner Spectrum, a national cable provider. Service stops short of Red Hill in the south, but reaches every other central and northern neighborhood in Tustin. New Edge Networks offers similar coverage in this region, extending into Lemon Heights, Browning, and Tustin Ranch.

Worst service ever! I timed opening an app and it took 10 minutes to finally say error, cannot connect. Apps close, customer sevice is a joke, they don't care. They lie and cheat for a sale. If you complain they say, "well, you have a 2 yr contract, nothing I can do." They need to be stopped. I am looking for new service elsewhere.

To say I have experienced some of the most unprofessional, dishonest, ill-advised andi ignorant people than ever in my life would be putting it mildly. I was with TWC for years and the last two of them was erroneously charged for 300 mbps speed when I only reeceived about 30. Flash forward thousands of hours wasted until one competent head technician discovered the fact the wires were fried in the conductor that feeds into my box. Finally, they understood and as their lame apology, gave me a rate of 50 per month for life. Come along Spectrum and within two months, they ignored my tenure with TWC and charged me full price. Luckily one of the reps that knew about my situation sent out his tech to check my speeds and the tech offered me a deal of the triple bundle without a cap on my speed. Miraculously, it took me two weeks to get to someone who admitted they did in fact know the locations of their techs as i was told they have no idea and she suggested i get the names of the field superfvisors to find out their schedules! It just gets worse but in the end thy have managed a feat I didn't think at all possible: they are worse than TWC, Avoid thesel liars like the plague if you can, I wish i could.
