We’ve had Cox wifi in our house for the past 3 years. It’s great…when it works. The reliability is a constant issue. We will have wifi that works for several months and then out of nowhere, it stops working for 2 days. We’ve had multiple techs come to the house to try and fix it, but it still keeps breaking down.. when you work remotely, this is not acceptable service.

Consistent problems with streaming speeds advertised. Limited hardware without excessive extra costs. Poor choice of programming for the prices.

This is the absolute worse internet provider I have ever dealt with in my life. The major disruptions to service ON A DAILY BASIS is nothing short of criminal neglect to the customer. I am literally moving to get better internet, because it's so crucial in todays world to have an internet one can count on. There is NO COMPETITION in my neighborhood to make this company do more to address these concerns. Further, I despise using the internet for streaming services, etc. which makes less of a consumer for internet choices, I’m sure those that run tech companies would be very dis-heartened to learn this. I WILL NEVER MOVE ANYWHERE, WHERE COX INTERNET IS MY ONLY SOLUTION.
