I disagree with Byron A. I have a consistent 5 Gig fiber connection that is very reliable. Maybe he is having power problems, common here in Clay County. I have a power backup for my ONT and never lose my power or connection. It helps!

While the pricing is very good for service, the speed of internet is sub par. AT&T has already said that Jacksonville, FL is on the list for Fiber service and I cannot wait for it to come. Customer Service is very helpful as well.

We are pleased with the service we receive from Comcast. The channel assortment is good for the tier we ordered. We also really enjoy most shows being free On Demand. The customer service department has been very accommodating whenever we needed a service call. They also have an office that is conveniently located that I was able to go when I needed to replace a remote.
