Poor customer care, their service/repair is comical. Suddenly home phone and internet stops working, can't get a live person on the phone, in chat I set up a service call, 5 days later technician does not show up, still can't talk to live person, so in chat they tell me the only thing I can do is reschedule which is 9 days later. 9 days later still nothing. So two weeks without home phone or Internet maybe fun for some but I have a 24 y/o son at home on permanent disability that now cannot contact me when I am at work if something goes wrong or is needed. There is no cell service around my home so we depend solely on CenturyLink Monopoly landline that they seem to care not to provide. I should have a choice for telecommunication / internet provider... The fact that I don't have a choice and the fact that CenturyLink KNOWS THAT is why they can act as cold and relentless as they do.
