Worst service ever. Never even let them install. Salesman lied about price. Hidden charges didn’t email me back copy of agreement. He got address wrong. Took work off for scheduled day of install. They no showed because salesman entered different date than I was told. When I went to cancel spent 1 hour 45 mins trying. All they wanted to do is try to give better deal. Asked 9 times to cancel with operator was told don’t think that’s what I really want. Well it’s done never never never will I consider using att or direct tv in my lifetime. At the end they tried selling me cell service. Really come on. I know corporate sets up these standards but if they would treat you like a human being instead of an atm maybe just maybe they would be number 1. One word of advise stay clear. Way clear of att and direct tv.
