Evansville Residential Internet Coverage

Located along the southern border of Indiana, the city of Evansville has an established academic community, business community, and a set of residential neighborhoods. As a result, the demand for high-speed internet is high in this area.

Some residents and businesses rely on AT&T, a major provider in this city. The AT&T DSL and fiber networks reach as far west as Belknap, as far north as Armstrong, as far east as Smythe, and as far south as Cypress.

The Frontier Communications network is limited to northern Evansville, with coverage in the western half of the city beginning at the Evansville Regional Airport and coverage in the eastern half beginning near Morgan Avenue.

Through One Communications, most of Evansville has access to high-speed internet service. A small part of McCutchanville falls outside the service area. Level 3 Communications primarily serves eastern Evansville, as well.

Last, high-speed cable is widely available through Time Warner Cable, which brings service to every major Evansville neighborhood.

At least 2 times a month internet goes off for more than half hour. Several times a month intermittently shuts off for mins. It socks! We've complained for years. They have given excuses its our modem. Purchased new one, they recommend and they still said it was our equipment. Looking for new provider.
